Hirsch’s Hillcrest recently hosted their monthly ladies networking meet up with Business Coach, Marlene Powell. The session was structured as a mini-workshop to assist business owners with setting realistic goals for 2020 focused on what they really want. Marlene gave hands-on tips on how to plan and structure business goals, touching on finance, hiring staff and other focus points to perfect. She explained the importance of starting the year off with a solid business plan in place. “You can write your plan down but you need to know how to achieve it. “You need to be held accountable. If you are driving a bus, for instance, and you don’t know where you’re going how are you going to get there?”
