Green Tea Peppermint Popsicles⠀

Made to help you feel rejuvenated from the inside out.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Green Tea, brewed and cooled⠀
  • 15 Mint leaves⠀
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey⠀

Method:⠀

  • Add two green tea bags to two cups of hot water and allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and allow to cool to room temperature for about 15 minutes.⠀
  • Once cooled, combine tea water, honey, and peppermint leaves and blend until mint leaves are minced.⠀
  • Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze.⠀
