Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Green Tea, brewed and cooled⠀
- 15 Mint leaves⠀
- 3 Tablespoons Honey⠀

Method:⠀
- Add two green tea bags to two cups of hot water and allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and allow to cool to room temperature for about 15 minutes.⠀
- Once cooled, combine tea water, honey, and peppermint leaves and blend until mint leaves are minced.⠀
- Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze.⠀
