Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Broccoli, florets
- 1 Cup Green Peas, frozen-thawed
- 1/2 Cup Potato, cooked – peeled and cubed
- 1 Onion, raw – peeled and chopped
- 2 Garlic, clove – peeled and chopped
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk, unsweetened
- 1 Cup Vegetable Broth, low-sodium
Method:
- Add ingredients in the order listed.
