Berry Boost
If changes in weather, allergies, or everyday sniffles keep you from feeling your best, try this smoothie for a boost in antioxidant power!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Swiss Chard
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- 1 Clementine
- 1 Tbsp Almonds
- 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
Method:
