The Bright Smoothie
This bright orange smoothie delivers an energising lift, whether you’re feeling under the weather or on top of the world. The fresh ginger and turmeric add a healthy dose of flavour along with anti-inflammatory benefits.
Ingredients:
1/2 Orange
1/2 Cup Carrot
1/2 Cup Mango, frozen chunks
1 Cup Coconut Water
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1/2 Tbsp Turmeric, fresh
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Root, fresh
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder
Method:
1.) Add ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
2.) Top up with water, if needed to reach the MAX line.
3.) Enjoy!
