Mini Pumpkin pie Canape’s.
Mini Pumpkin pie Canape’s are a great way to elevate your Halloween celebrations this year. They are the perfect blend of cinnamon, spice, and all things nice. You can whip these up in less than twenty-five minutes using the whirlpool supreme chef.
Ingredients:
For the roasted Pumpkin
- 250g Peeled and sliced Pumpkin
- Olive oil ( To coat)
- 1 and a half teaspoons of Cinnamon
- 1/2 a teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
- ½ a teaspoon of black pepper
- ½ a teaspoon of salt
Filling:
- 250g Pre-roasted pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- Additional seasoning if necessary
- Edible baking cases
Method
To make the mini pumpkin pie canapés we need to start by pre-cooking our pumpkin. Place your pumpkin pieces with a drizzle of olive oil, seasoning, and sugar into a microwavable dish and microwave on high, 900W, for 10 minutes. Then crack two large eggs into a mixing bowl. Once your pumpkin has cooked and it is soft mash it with a fork and mix it into the eggs with the additional seasoning if necessary. Place your mixture into the edible baking cases and bake it in your oven at 180*C for 15minutes.
