(Serves 4)
Ingredients for the Air-Fried Sriracha-Honey Wings
- 1kg of Chicken wings (Cut into Drummets and flats)
- 1/2 a cup of Honey
- 1/4 cup of Sriracha Chilli sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
- Lime Juice
- Cilantro leaves
- Blue Cheese dip for serving
Method
Place half of the Chicken into the airfryer basket uncovered. Cook the wings at 180’C for 26-28 minutes, turning occasionally until the skin is slightly crisp and golden brown in colour. Repeat this cooking process with the remaining wings.
While the wings are cooking place a saucepan over medium-high heat. Combine the Honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, butter, and lime juice. Bring this mixture to a boil, reduce to medium heat, and allow it to simmer until it has slightly reduced.
Then transfer the wings to a large glass bowl, add the sauce and toss to coat. Serve onto a platter topped with Cilantro and a creamy blue cheese side dipping sauce.
