Ingredients For The Nespresso Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 1 Diavolitto Capsule
- Pumpkin Puree 90 ml
- Coconut Milk 180 ml
- Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup 30 ml
- Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
- Freshly ground cinnamon
Method
- To make the puree: Combine peeled pumpkin, sliced into small pieces, milk, vanilla pod and agave in a saucepan over medium heat until the pumpkin is well cooked.
- Put the mixture in a blender and blend it on he maximum speed for approx. 10 seconds.
- Fill your glass 2/3 of the way full
- Insert the Diavolito pod into your machine and brew your coffee in your cup
- Warm your milk and create froth with the Aeroccino accessory. Place this on top of the drink.
- Top with fresh ground cinnamon and enjoy!
Variations
- Try adding 1 Tablespoon of Dulce de leche to create a Caramel Pumpkin Spice latte.
- Allow the puree to cool and add some ice into the blender to create an iced pumpkin spice latte.
