Ingredients For The Air Fried Turkey Skewers
- 800g Turkey thighs or chicken thighs
- BBQ marinade
- 1 Punnet of Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Zucchini
- 3 shallots
- 2 Corn on the cob
- salt
- rosemary
- 100ml lemon juice
- olive oil
- Skewer sticks
Method
- Start off by prepping your turkey thighs. Remove the bone and cut the meat into 3cm by 3cm cubes.
- Marinate your meat in a BBQ sauce for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime prepare your vegetables cutting them into bite sized pieces.
- Marinate the vegetables in the salt, rosemary, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Start layering your skewer sticks alternating between the meat and vegetables.
- Cook for 13 minutes at 180*C in the air fryer serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
