Ingredients for the One Pan Chicken And Apricot Bake
- 6 chicken thighs bone in and skin on
- 200g Thinly diced butternut chunks
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup French dressing
- 2 cups whole dried apricots
- 2 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and set a skillet to heat on medium high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add it to the skillet, skin side down.
- Brown both sides of the chicken for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the chicken onto a baking sheet or continue using the Skillet.
- In a bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix them together.
- Pour over the chicken, put the sheet into the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
