World Bunny Chow Competition Winners

Bunny Chow Showdown

The unmistakable aroma of Durban Curry spices wafted through the Food Hall at the East Coast Radio’s House and Garden Show on Saturday 26 June, with Hirsch’s World Bunny Chow Competition finals in full swing!

World Bunny Chow day fell on June 26, during the Show. Celebrating the day and carrying out a demonstration for the public were Margaret Hirsch, who produced a delicious Vegan Bunny Chow, and Masterchef’s Deena Naidoo and Dr. Harri.  They went on to judge six contestants who had entered their very own recipes to see who would be selected to cook off in the finals on Saturday, July 2.
