Hirsch’s Hillcrest Spoils at Chocolate & Wine Pairing Evening

Hirsch’s Hillcrest recently held a Chocolate & Wine Pairing evening with local chocolatier Sanja Hanekom from Noir Chocolates SA.

Chris McDaniel from VDP Distributors (distributors of fine wines & coffees) and Margaret Hirsch, COO of the Hirsch Group cooking up a chocolaty storm in the new SMEG Kitchen at the Hillcrest Branch.

Attendees were treated to a cooking demo of decadent delights by Margaret who made a delicious chocolate ganache cake and chocolate mousse pavlova while Sanja and Chris paired four of their best wines and chocolates together.
