Hirsch’s Fourways are proud to have recently hosted the Celebration High Tea for the Domestic Worker of the Year! Ladies from Sandton, Midrand and Fourways/Lonehill participated in the competition.
The monthly winners, who received a certificate and a R300 voucher during the year were invited to the tea, together with their employers, to celebrate their success and to see who would be announced as the overall winner.
Margaret Hirsch the Hirsch’s Group Chief Operations Executive was on hand to reward each of the ladies with a beautiful kettle and one of Margaret’s cook books, and Samu Gumbi, a Fourways Mom-preneur gave a wonderful encouraging talk to all participants at the event.
“Lovely Gloria Mthunzi was named the overall winner, hot on the heels of having a rose named after her,” said Sharron Dingle the Public Relations Officer.
