Fresh ideas with Chef Kelly – for Valentines Day Treats

Hirsch’s Ballito recently held their popular kitchen capers series with the focus this month being on healthy Valentine’s Day treats with guest chef, Kelly Vermaak. Vermaak demonstrated three recipes that are not only easy to prepare,  but extremely healthy for all members of the family.  Dishes included summer rolls, delicious nutritious beetroot falafels  & chocolate bark for those with a sweet tooth. “Vermaak has a wonderfully cultured cooking background having learnt most of her amazing recipes in Vietnam, which she has now adopted and thrown a South African twist on!” Commented Hirsch’s Shane Spencer.
