Margaret’s Must have Kitchen Appliances: Cooker Hoods and Gas Cookers
The kitchen is the heart of the home. It’s where the family gathers to chat about the day and possibly take turns in cooking up a family feast. Two absolute essentials, and my must have’s this week are the Cooker Hood and Oven. I have chosen the gorgeous Whirlpool 90cm Island Cooker Hood and the hugely versatile Samsung Stainless Steel five burner Gas cooker with an electric oven.
Cooker Hoods
Cooker hoods are important in any kitchen. They help rid the space of cooking odours from a mixture of grease and moisture. They do this by neutralizing odours, filtering out fat molecules in the air, and obliterating steam caused when cooking. The Whirlpool Island cooker hood also plays a big part in the aesthetics of the design of the kitchen, standing out as a stylish centrepiece and making a visual statement. Carbon filters are included with the hood.
Samsung 5 Burner Gas Cooker
