- Entrants must complete the following steps to enter:
- Snap a picture of the Samsung store at Constantia Village Mall
- Post it to the comments section of the competition post
- There is a two-week claiming period from the winner announcement date. Therefore the winner must claim their prize within two weeks. The prize will be awarded to the runner up should the winner fail to do so in the time period.
- Winners who fail to respond to communications via call or email, regarding the win, within 48hours automatically forfeit the prize.
- A representative of Hirsch’s will contact said winner
- The winner needs to collect the prize from the Samsung Constantia store only. Therefore the winner must make their own arrangements to collect.
- The winner may be required to take a photograph for promotional activity. IE A photo of the handover on social media platforms.
- The competition commences on the 25th of November and entries close on 13 December 2021
- The Participants who take part in the competition can only do so once.
- The competition is only open to entrants residing within South African borders and who have taken a photograph at the Samsung Constantia store.
- A random draw will take place to choose the winner of which is in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- A random computer process will be preformed to choose the winner.
- No correspondence will be entered into, Therefore the decision is final.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
