Ingredients:
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream of choice
1/4 cup crushed dark chocolate cookies of choice
1 -2 shots of espresso or a short americano
Method:
1. Place desired coffee beans into the Delonghi La Specialista Coffee Machine, ready to grind.
2. Once the coffee beans are ground, prepare your espresso or short americano
3. Add the ice cream to your cup, add the crushed cookies and then pour over the espresso
4. Serve and enjoy
