There’s something incredibly comforting about the smell of banana bread wafting through your kitchen, and now, thanks to the magic of an airfryer, you don’t need an oven (or much time!) to enjoy it.
At the House & Garden Show, Luci Hirsch and Claire rolled up their sleeves and gave this classic a quick twist, baking it in the airfryer. The result? A golden, fluffy banana bread that’s ready in just 30–40 minutes, with minimal fuss and maximum flavour.
Why we love this airfryer hack:
– No preheating
– Faster baking time
– Energy-efficient
– Deliciously moist every single time
Whether you’re craving a tea-time treat or looking to use up overripe bananas, this recipe is a winner, and yes, it smells as good as it tastes.
